Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, sparring, conditioning, and fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Neon Belly LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, trainers, and agents from any and all claims arising out of my participation, including claims based on negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Acknowledgment

I certify that I am physically capable of participating and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. I agree to stop activity if I feel injured or unwell.
