This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Neon Belly LLC (the "Company") and the undersigned participant ("Member").

Multi choice

Hobby Pass — $80/ month (8 classes/month, 2 per week)

All-Access Pass — $125/ month (16 classes/month, 4 per week)

VIP Member Pass — $375/ month (4 private sessions + group access)

Personal Training — $100 (60-min Lesson)

Executive Coaching —$399 (60-min Lesson at your location)

Custom 1:1 Lesson Package — 4 pack / 8 pack

Payment & Cancellation

Memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days written notice. All fees are non-refundable. Unused classes or sessions do not roll over unless approved in writing.

Waiver Acknowledgment

Member acknowledges that the Waiver & Release of Liability has been executed and remains in effect for all training activities.
